Refund policy

Return window: you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Send us a message on our Instagram page @yumocookware and we will arrange it with you.

Returns: items must be returned in the same condition as received, unused and in the original packaging.

Refunds: since orders are paid by cash on delivery, refunds are sent by InstaPay after we receive the returned item and check it.

Refusing delivery: if you refuse to receive your order, a shipping fee of 70 EGP applies.

Quality issues: if your item has a quality issue, we will replace it at our own cost. Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away.
